MAKE A DIFFERENCE
By creating circles of wisdom & trust, we make healing possible.
What is Restorative Justice?
Restorative justice is an approach to justice that emphasizes repairing the harm caused by criminal behavior or conflict through inclusive, cooperative processes, equity, and compassion throughout the state’s institutions and communities. Instead of focusing solely on punishment, restorative justice seeks to bring together the victim, the offender, and often the community.

We see the promise Restorative Justice holds for Nevada
"Restorative Justice is respect. Respect for all, even those who are different from us; even those who seem to be our enemies. Respect reminds us of our interconnectedness, but also of our differences. Respect insists we balance concerns for all parties. If we pursue justice as respect, we will do justice restoratively.”
